What you're buying

Letters & Clues sells personalized digital files you print at home: the Santa Letter Family Pack ($4.99, up to 3 children) and the Christmas Morning Treasure Hunt Bundle ($9.90, includes the Family Pack). If you already have a valid Family Pack you can upgrade the same pack to the Bundle for $4.91; the upgrade keeps the Family Pack's original access date. These are one-time purchases in US dollars, not subscriptions. Nothing physical is shipped.

After payment you can edit and download your files for 90 days. Downloaded files are licensed for personal and family use; please don't resell or redistribute the templates.

Who processes your payment

Orders are processed by our online reseller Waffo Pancake, which acts as the Merchant of Record: it is the seller of record for your purchase and handles payment, applicable sales tax or VAT, and your receipt. Your card statement may show its name. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

AI-assisted letters

Santa letters are drafted by a third-party AI language model from the details you type, then shown to you so you can read and edit every word before printing. AI-written text can contain mistakes or awkward phrasing — please read each letter before you give it to your child.

Your details are sent to the AI provider only to write your letter. Treasure hunt clues come from our own written clue bank, not from AI. We never ask for photos of your child and do not generate images of children.

Your content

You are responsible for what you type and for having the right to use your child's name. Please don't enter anything hurtful, unlawful or that belongs to someone else (for example, copyrighted characters). Please read each letter and clue card before printing — you can edit any word.

Treasure hunt safety

Hiding spots are suggestions for indoor places a child can reach. An adult should set up the hunt, check each spot, and supervise play. Never hide clues in appliances, high places, near heat or water, or anywhere unsafe for your child.

Santa and the magic

Letters are written in Santa's voice for fun and don't promise any particular gift.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
