Preview before you buy

You can see every page (with a preview mark) before paying, so you know exactly what you'll print.

Refunds within 14 days

If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of payment and we'll refund it. Please include the email address you paid with.

Refunds are issued by our payment partner Waffo Pancake to your original payment method. Card refunds usually arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Our payment partner can't process refunds more than 14 days after payment. After that we'll still fix any problem with your files — a file that won't generate or download, or a mistake we can fix for you.

What a refund changes

A full refund ends online editing and downloads for that pack.

If you refund a Family Pack → Bundle upgrade ($4.91), your pack goes back to the Family Pack with its original access date.

Partial refunds are handled by a person, and we'll confirm by email what stays available.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually fix it or refund you faster than a bank dispute.
