About Letters & Clues
Letters & Clues creates personalized Santa letters and indoor Christmas treasure hunts that families can print at home.
Who runs it
Letters & Clues is a small, independent project built and run by one independent developer. It is not affiliated with any official Santa Claus organization, post office or school. There is no team of elves — every letter and clue card is made by our web app from what you type in, and you check and edit it before printing.
How it works
- Santa letters. You give your child's name, age range and a few things they did this year. We draft a letter (an AI model may polish the wording, or we use our standard letter), and you can change every word before you print.
- Treasure hunts. You pick hiding spots from our list of common indoor spots and where the gift is hidden. Our rules turn them into 8 connected clue cards plus a parent setup sheet with every answer. Two age levels: ages 4–6 (read aloud by a grown-up) and ages 7–9 (simple reading).
- Print at home. Everything is a PDF for A4 or US Letter paper. Nothing is mailed to you.
- Prices. One free letter for one child; the Family Pack is $4.99 and the Treasure Hunt Bundle is $9.90, both one-time payments with 90 days of online access. See pricing.
Your family's details
Children's names and the details you type are used only to make your letters and hunt, and are not used for advertising. Payments are handled by our payment partner, which acts as Merchant of Record. Read the privacy policy, terms and refund policy.
